At the moment the site is designed primarily for desktop, with limited support for mobile and handheld devices. Which version iPad are you using? A friend of mine has an iPad so if it's the same type I may be able to fix the issue
iPad2 running iOS 8.02. I'm using Safari - could that be it? I can easily download and use Chrome or something else if you think that's worth a try. And BTW I'm visiting the site now on my PC (and old Dell Latitude D630 laptop running Windows 7) using FF 33.0.2, and everything's perfect.
I just pulled it up in chrome on my shield tablet(lollipop 5.0(EDIT::I lied, its almost lollipop 5.0; kitkat 4.4)) and the only problem I have is that I can not drag using the game/map which is understandable. I actually managed to get stuck after messing around.... more like zooming in and swiping around on purpose and then see if I could get free The zoom is fine, but if I swipe to fast I can get stuck in the middle of the medieval map and have to use another way to get to a side area.
We've started work on this in a major step forward for the site, as we prepare for the release of the mobile app. I'm closing this record, as mobile issues will be dealt with over the next couple of months, and we'll be actively working on every page of the site to bring it up to mobile readiness.
