Minor alterations to troop counts on neutral terrirotries: I'm assuming here that this is a one-time change based on the current percentages. There's not a problem with the generator, it's just a bad series of rolls. If I flip a coin 10 times and it comes up heads 10 times, I don't accuse the coin of being rigged. Sorry it's taken a while to get back on this one, been quite busy and this slipped off my radar. No worries. I've recently changed it so that 2 missed turns in a row means the player is kicked out. That's about as fair as I can make that aspect - 1 turn is not fair, as it's quite feasible to honest...
